HIIT 45 CLASS
A High Intensity Interval Training class that runs for 45 minutes. Instructed by a personal trainer, the class group progresses through various exercises, at timed intervals and various intensity levels using body weights, free weights, cardio and strength exercises and machines.
Don’t panic!! you can go at your own pace and a trainer is there to help you get through the workout.
